Needs brakes!

I fully upgraded one of the vehicles and it is virtually out of control!
Its a great game, but I cant use the fully upgraded car.
And if we cant have brakes, we should at least be able to remove/store upgrades so that we can tweak settings on a vehicle to get the best performance without sacrificing control.
